The window is large with an arched window on the top so all the estimates we were getting were for more than $2000 and the window would not look the same. The arched window at the top would be reduced in size to a crescent moon size due to the way they had to configure the window replacement. Joel replaced the window as a "new construction" window which meant they had to patch/match the stucco, but the window looks more like the original window. The window looks beautiful and they matched the stucco and paint perfectly.

The only problem we had was the window did not close all the way. Joel had his guys come out and check the window and eventually the window rep had to come out. The movable part of the window was not long enough and another one was ordered. When it was installed, it fit beautifully! no further problems. We are so happy we got the window we did, and as a result, we did not lose any of the actual window dimensions.

Called multiple times with no response from him? Finally was able to make contact with him and made appointment for him to give me a bid. When he he didn't show up for the appointment I was very disappointed ! Called him back several more times and finally got an answer from him and rescheduled . After he gave me a bid and scheduled an install date he then sent a 18 year old boy to do install?? After door was finished I found several things wrong with it. Large gap on one side of door and door didn't shut right even after adjusting it. Wouldn't recommend or usr again.

Crew was very professional and workmanship was high quality. Job completed on time as promised. I will use them again and would give them a good recommendation.

Submitted bid within 2-3 days of scoping work. Very accommodating on changes and scheduling work. Punctual and on time with what he quoted. Crews were here when they were suppose to be. Did not pull off our job to work on others. Very good cleanup and hauling away debris. Very pleasant to deal with.
