Paul James is a true professional and one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. He showed up on time and ready. He cleaned both units and did a complete inspection. Paul noticed that there was an issue with one unit and fixed the small issue without charge. Previously a few years back, my air conditioner failed in the heat of July..106 degrees, on a Friday night. Paul went into emergency mode, got us a brand new energy efficient unit and we were installed on Monday. He worked a long day and it was perfectly coordinated. Our bills were reduced 50% with this new unit, his recommended duct inspection and updated insulation. The savings has more than paid for the unit. I will continue to use James Air Conditioning and Heating for all my HVAC needs.

The fan blower keep running continually without the furnace or ac being activated., that is until the repair person showed up.
He said that to properly diagnose for the problem, he would have to catch it in the malfunction and to call him and he would come out right a way. the next day it started up again. He did come right out and was able to catch the problem. Replaced the board, problem solved.

James Air Conditioning and Heating were on time and polite. When I called in, I spoke with his wife and they worked with me to arrange a time that was good for the climate at that time because they didn't want it to be too hot or too cold. So they took those things under consideration and waited until the temperature was right. That is important when you do air conditioning. That was a concern I had and they worked with me on that. I liked that. I am going to use them in the future.
