It was excellent. They came out and measured and it was installed properly. I had no problems at all and their work was excellent.

At first all seemed fine. The gates were made and put up in a timely manner. A few weeks ago we noticed rust on the gate. I called Jaguar to get someone out to check the problem. When a call was returned by the installer he told me he would be in our area in a couple days and would check the gates.
After waiting about 3 weeks I called again. I was told again that a message would be delivered. I asked and quot;that's it?and quot;. The response was and quot;well I can't go out there myselfand quot;. I then told them that I wanted this problem taken care of before there were more problems. Then I was laughed at.
After 2 days with no response, I went into the office. when I told them who I was, and wanted to know why I was laughed at, I was told, and quot;that's because you have been rude each time I talked to youand quot;. I told her that I wanted them to know how frustrating this has been. Then was told and quot; well I want you to know that paint is only guaranteed for 90 daysand quot;.
My contention is that it wasn't painted properly in the first place if it rusted in so short a time. Obviously they missed some of the area or didn't use primer, or something.
Since then I have talked to others (something I wish I'd done first). Others have had the same problem. One friend told me his was completely rusted through in a year and a half.
It is a mystery to me why this place has stayed in business with such poor quality work. I will tell everyone I know not to do business with Jaguar Wrought Iron.
My overall ratings are based on this narrative. Initially they came out and gave estimates and did the work in a timely manner. Of course I hadn't paid them yet.

Their prices were competitive, we had also received one other bid and decided to use Jaguar. There was a problem with the fence after they installed it. I think one of the gates was off balance and they sent someone out to repair it. The man that came out did not do a good job so they sent someone else right out to repair it again. They were then able to fix it right away with no problem. We would use them again.
