They did the yard work at my house when I bought it. They only take two weeks off during the year. They are very good. I have specific things that I wanted them to do. They removed some shrubbery when I asked. I pay them $75 per month. I had upped this at the beginning of the year from $60 because I felt they deserved it. They didn't ask for more money. They usually come on a particular day during the week. It is a small staff of only two people. If they miss, they will call to see if they can come the next day. I never know when they are coming, but that is okay.
