Integrity Construction

They helped me with my house. It was fine. It was reasonable.

We were putting our house on the market after having renters for a few years and needed it to be show ready. We found this contractor here on Angie's list and he had great reviews.  Mr. Quiocho came out and we told him what we thought was a necessity and asked him to take a look and see if he had any suggestions as well.  He didn't try and get us to completely redo the entire house.  He gave us a list of what things (small or big) that he noticed had been damaged or worn from our tenants and what he recommended to get the house ready for sale.  He was extremely fair in his suggestions and even when we said some things that we wanted to do were out of our budget, he looked around for different materials that would help lower our costs.  He finished up the work fairly quickly especially since this was all during the holiday season and even directed us to a real estate agent. After we put our house on the market and received/accepted an offer, our inspection required us to do a few more things. So we called him back out and in a matter of days he had the list completed that we needed for our inspection. If I lived in the area I would be telling every neighbor i had to hire him.  I am very pleased with his work and would definitely recommend him if you are needing anything done around the house.

Remove tub/shower and wall dividing bathing/toilet area from rest of bathroom.

Installed walk in shower to replace tub.  Tiled shower area.  Installed can lights.

Sub contracted new granite vanity top and shower enclosure.

Overall went well, Vincent and his worker, showed up at the time and on the days as promised. The entire job was done in a few days. It turned out very nice.

 Integrity Construction with Vincent Quiocho did a wonderful job on my block walls.   He was everything you want your contractor to be.   He knows his business well and he is polite, knowledgeable, and professional.   He does exactly as he says he will do and pays close attention to details.   He was always in communication with me and I could call his anytime and always get a hold of him if I had any questions.  As the project went along, I wanted to make some changes at different times and it was no problem for Vince.  He was very happy to hear my ideas and apply them.   He also helped me with a problem corner and brought in cement to connect two areas.   His workers were excellent and worked solid until the job was completed in a timely manner.   When they were finished they cleaned up everything and left the area in great shape. 

 Overall, Integrity Construction, Vincent Quiocho, and his workers made the property improvement that I had long been dreaming of come true fast, easily, and with quality.   Vincent is fair and honest and a pleasure to work with.  I would highly recommend Vincent and Integrity Construction to anyone.

unit, he always shows respect to the tenants living in the units.

Good.  Vince has reasonable prices.  He always shows up when he says he is going to be there.

Integrity construction uses Barry Hanner as a general manager of the jobs and he gave me options, suggestions, checked out all the work in progress, making sure it was being done to Integrity satisfaction and mine.  When I had a question on the exterior painting Barry and Vince stepped in and made sure my concern was resolved.   I was given a really good bid compared to all the bids I had received. I had one roofing company and one patio cover company say the job could not be done for the price I was offered. The crews were professional, hard working and efficient and tidy. I cannot speak highly enough of Barry, Vince or Integrity Constructions overall work.
   I had my windows replaced and some other interior work done by a company back in Jan, when I first bought the house.  I wish I had run across Integrity and Vince and Barry then.  comparing the two experiences this one wins hands down for all aspects of the construction.

 and now they make that job look good, really good.   I paid alot for that job but it got done!

Everything was taken care of in a timely manner and Vince has been back to do some other jobs for me.

The work was performed in a timely manner. The new siding did not match exixting but that was due to age of home.

This company has a very reliable owner who was available every time I called. His workers were very polite, punctual, and fairly neat, and accommodated my work schedule, which can change every night. The owner responded promptly to all of my questions, concerns, and complaints. He was patient and helpful. When I called my alarm company to come in and wire the window being installed as the work was in progress, he took care of calling the service man's cell phone to let him know the window was ready, since I was at work. I am completely satisfied with all aspects of this company's services: estimation, progress, and finished product.
