 + -1 moreIn general In-Shape is a great gym. The White lane location isn't so great. Plenty of equipment but nobody cleans after using! Didn't see any employees working or cleaning beyond the front desk. Dark, dingy, and crowded. Their other locations on Laurel Glen and the California location are much nicer and cleaner.

 + -1 moreI got a pretty good deal through work with In Shape City and was grandfathered in. I like to swim but they tie up the pool with classes and those people are so rude. In Shape City''s facility is nice. They've got great bathrooms, wonderful shower areas, locker rooms, everything's clean, and pretty. I wouldn't go anyplace else in town.
