I requested a call from this business through Angie's List and they never contacted me.

It was an excellent job.

They came within the window they gave, which was already pretty soon. They used FOOT COVERS!!!! Thank you so much for caring for my home as well as my plumbing! Very courteous, punctual, and respectful of me and me home as well as task/detail oriented !!

We had a leak in the attic, this is the 4th l ask at this house and th 3rd time I have used this company. My husband and I tore out the drywal in the bathroom. So there was NO demo for the plumber to do. All he had to do was go into the attic and cut off the piece of blue pix and replace it with a 2 foot piece of tubing. He was here working 20 minutes. He quoted us $460 I choked and questioned as the last 2 times they came out they were here for the same reason and more work with Demo and 1-2 hours work time For $165.00 each time. So when I questioned the price the shady guy said well if you help me by handing the tube to me I will take off $100. And change $360 it's a lot of work for what I have to do. ( cut and crimp a new tube in 2 places) 20 minutes later he walked out the door. We had turned the water off To the house ourself for the past day. I told him I was calling to complain as he was shady and over charging. I have used this company 2 other times and they were great, I called them as one of the employees or boss lives in my neighborhood. This employees hyped and hawed at having to go into the attic for the repair. I called the biz to speak to the owner and was to.d he would call back, then I called again and was told he was out of town. Lyndsey who answered the phone agreed it was too much for what was done. Then I got a call from her telling me the boss said to call and tell me just to look in the attic is $260 which is a bold lie. Anyways we are upset as we have been repeat clients and customers being treated this way is not hat we expected from this company. Also the owner still has not returned our emails or calls.

I expected them a little earlier is the day, but they DID arrive on the same day I requested them (I was their last call of the day).  They were couteous, thorough, left both bathrooms in better condition than they were before they arrived, and the cost was reasonable.

Yesterday morning (Sat 05/09/15) I went to take a shower and I had no hot water. I checked the water heater and it wasn't working - the pilot light was off! I tried resetting the pilot light and it wouldn't reset. Fearing the worst (broken hot water heater) I checked on Angie's List for a plumbing repair company. I found Hometown Plumbing. I called and the person that answered said it would be $98 to check it (which, considering it was a Saturday was a fair price) and the repair person would be here in an hour. About an hour later, Tim Thomas (plumbing repairman) called as a courtesy and said he was still working on another customer, but would be leaving for my house in about 20 minutes, Within 30 minutes he arrived. He assessed the situation and fixed my problem within 10 minutes. (Burned out copper wire.) And had my hot water heater back in service.

Scheduling was easy and 2 plumbers showed up at the agreed upon time. They worked 4 hours in the heat to get the job done. No problems at all and their price was half that of the other plumber I had bid the job.

Claudio was efficient, knowledgable and the repairs went smoothly.

Everything went perfectly.  The job was completed to my complete satisfaction.  They came when they said they would, diagnosed the problem correctly and fixed it.  Unfortunately, this is quite a rare occurrence - I am usually left waiting for hours and having to chase up tradesmen to finish the jobs they start.  I am delighted with Hometown and will use them for all my plumbing needs.

It was fine. I have not made a decision about when and if I would use them, I will get another estimate. They were very nice. Two young guys came and one of them happened to be former student of mine. They did a couple of little jobs for me while they were here and did not charge me.

They are honest, hard-working and they are clean. I think I can trust them in my home so I don't have to be there the whole time they are working. I could have gotten it cheaper, but I wanted somebody who was trustworthy. I would absolutely use them in the future.

overall a good experience since they were so quick to respond.  when your toilets are out that"s a very good thing.
