Haversack Tile

Great! Mike called me right away and met me at my house at MY convenience to give me a quote. I could tell right away that he was trustworthy. He did most of the work himself, although he had a very capable assistant too. The work was done when he said it would be, and he didn't charge me a cent over what had been quoted, which is unusual in my experience. I recommend him and would hire him again.

Everything was great! We are incredibly pleased with all the work (and I mean ALL, it was a ton). The guys were all kind and professional. They cleaned up each day well and were on time each day of the job. They rolled with the punches well when we had an issue with our tubs arrival time, which was something I ordered, not them. They were very understanding and worked with our situation well. The quality of the work is excellent. I highly recommend this company.

Pretty much flawless, I can't find anything that I would have changed. I purchased most of the supplies, through online bath companies. I originally was going to use a general contractor, but realized he was able to do everything himself, and I wanted to purchase my own style of amenities. So it worked out perfectly.

Jared discussed the plan and gave us a couple of options on how they could solve the problem. Then they spent about 1/2 day on the project. At the end, it looked fantastic. Like it was supposed to be.

They explained exactly what needed to be done and completed the job as quoted. They were very professional and knew how to get the job done the right way. I am very pleased with the outcome.

We have absolutely no complaints re: this company. The work was done as we asked and in a timely manner. We knew the materials would take some time and were aware of this. We were kept informed and the finished product is great! We have had a lot of bad luck with companies/contractors and it was so refreshing to finally hire someone that knew what they were doing and had an excellent work ethic. They cleaned up the space each day before leaving and it was during the hottest week we've had so far this summer.  Jarad (owner/supervisor) was here daily to check on everything and did a lot of work himself. We appreciated the fact that he took the time to make sure everything was done as asked. The crew was very hard-working and respected our property. Kudos to this company!

The quality of the workmanship was good and at a fair price. Jared and his staff arrived on time, kept the worksite clean and organized, and remained on schedule. I would definitely choose this Company again for similar projects.

Our experience with Haversack Tile was wonderful. Jared was prompt, professional, and provided high quality service. We are beyond pleased with the results of our outdoor kitchen. We already have plans to use Haversack Tile again for our kitchen back splash. We highly recommend using Haversack Tile!

Haversack was subcontracted by the plumbers we had called in. The majority of the work was tile work and boy am I glad they called in Jared.
The work involved extending an old white 6x6 tile wall to create a shelf. There was a window on one side and the tub door on the other side and it looked like  there was no easy way to do it. Gundlach's plumbing called in Jared at Haversack and they were all praises. Sure enough, Jared came prepared with a sample tile set and an open mind to help figure out the best of a bad a situation. I have some builders and contractors in my neighborhood whom I had consulted before and they came in with a " this is the only way to do it" attitude. Jared listened to what we wanted done and said he could do it. And he went on to give 3 more ideas that would also work. He laid out pros and cons of each. This helped us decide what we wanted to do.
On the day of the job Jared and Mike came in with a cover for the floor, the box of tiles and worked about 4 hours. He asked me for my opinion at one stage when there were again 2 ways of dealing with it.. so helpful!
At the end of the job they left the bathroom clean, the new shelf looks great. Almost as if it were meant to be that way. 
I highly recommend these guys. They are very professional, helpful and nice.

The tile work is top notch ,clean, fast and punctual.   VERY easy to work with. I wish all tradesmen were like Jared.
