We had a wonderful experience from the very first phone call. We were under the gun, timewise, due to a previously hired refinisher postponing several times before we finally canceled. Janelle responded to my email quickly and professionally. She empathised with our situation and squeezed us in for an estimate the very next morning. Russ arrived as promised. He, like everyone else we came in contact with, was friendly, professional, and knew what he was doing. His estimate was very reasonable. He offered to check his calendar and get back to us with a start date later that day. We received a call from him (within an hour) letting us know they were free to start the next morning. The Friday before a holiday weekend! The guys, Tyler and Landon, arrived on time and got right to work. I signed a contract, paid a deposit and the work was underway before I drove away. The original arrangement was to work on Fri and Sat. Take Sun and Mon off for the holiday, work Tue and Wed to finish the job. They ended up working Sat and Sun and finishing a day early for us. The floors had some termite damage that required some additional repairs and there was some pretty ugly staining and water damage...long story short: They are now beautiful and we couldn't be happier! Thanks Hardwood Floor Co for being prompt, professional, warm and for exceeding our expectations at every step of the process.

Very friendly sales/office personnel. Really helped make me feel at ease in taking my time to look over the various selections, even allowing me to take home several samples to assist in the decision making process. The work was completed in a timely manner and the  newly painted walls remained untouched. Would definitely hire again.

The workmanship was fine. The only glitch was that I was quoted one price, but the written estimate showed another higher price. We compromised halfway, but at the end of the day, the charge was the higher price. They were able to fit this job in to meet our schedule and showed up as promised, which was appreciated, since I was making arrangements from another state.

It was excellent....... very professional....... excellent installation, professional sales staff, professional installers (employees of company, not contractors). Very good clean up, helped move our furniture back in place. Highly recommend

Hardwood Floors is a first class operation in every way. They arrived at the scheduled time, completed all work in a timely manner, and their quality of workmanship was excellent. This company went above and beyond my expectations.

They are an excellent company. They are local. About 5 years ago they did all the hardwood floors in our house. They did an excellent job, they are just an excellent company. I like their knowledge of hardwood floors, their expertise, they are punctual, their workers are well trained, they are polite, it was a very good experience working with them.
