They broke my gas stove and lied to our face. It was a husband and wife team. They stole from me as well. They unplugged our stove and it does not come out very easily. The starter on the stove would not work again after we plugged it back in. We called them and they got a person out to check it out. Evidently they got cleaner into the igniter but they would not admit they unplugged it and broke it. I just wanted them to apologize to me. They stole my silver bracelet. This thing had fallen off at the vet's when I had to take my dog in. My husband picked it up and I put it in my secretary/curio drop lid, and it was gone. She also took a bag that I keep on my door in my bathroom that I keep all my hair ties in. She took it and did not even call me and tell me she had it. She thought it was trash. If it was trash she walks by my trash can, why didn't she put it in my trash? She went through every single bag that I had organized and she disorganized it. Then I am missing some hair thingies on top of it. When I told the owner about it she said no big deal. They had been there a long time. I admired them and they did good work. I was trying to keep them but the hair thingie? I said that's it, I am not doing this any more. And we let them go. It was $140 every two weeks and they were here for no more than 2-1/2 hours. I was told by the owner to tell them specifically what I wanted done and I did that but they did not do that. They also used some of my cleaning materials and did not bring their own.
Mrs. Carmen arrived on time and with all her own cleaning supplies and tools. All I had to do was show her what rooms to clean and she took over from there. I can honestly say .... afterwards, It was so clean I felt I could breathe easier. I even took some pictures to show my sister ... Thanks to Handmaids I was able to work on the decluttering while Mrs. Carmen worked on the deep cleaning. Great teamwork. I would definetly use them again. Thanks Mrs. Molina and Mrs. Carmen.
