"Please accept my apology for the misprints. I was having some medical issues so I was unable to proofread John's report before it was emailed to you and your agent. I notified your agent that you were overcharged by $50.00 and I sent her an updated invoice to her. Because you were short on cash we agreed to wait for the payment and allow it to go through escrow which is normally a fee of $50.00 however I waived that fee for you. If there is anything you feel we missed we will be glad to re-insect and address your concerns. Please call me at your convenience. Thank you, Mary"
