Gregg arrived promptly at the stated time and explained what he and Tim would be doing inside and out. He described the method of washing and cleaning and even offered to change our air filters while he was here. (Note to self, have filters available on their next visit. What a gracious offer.) Even our screens now look as they did when were new! Brilliant!
Gregg and Tim were very thorough, professional, courteous and efficient. When asked if he had boot covers to work inside the house Gregg assured me he would take his shoes off while working inside. I really appreciate that sensitivity. He doesn't hesitate to share suggestions when asked. Very kind and has a good spirit.
Overall I am very pleased with their attitude, quality of work, and work ethic.  We will be using Gregg's Window Cleaning in the future. This man takes pride in his work and cares for the property he details. Well done!

Gregg showed up with Tyler at my specific time and told me that Tyler would be washing my windows.  This is the second time that I have used Gregg's window cleaning and was very pleased.  Tyler completed the job in under 2 hours and my windows and 20 year old screens looked wonderful.  Gregg was very responsive to my request and Tyler was very professional and provided quality work.  I will definitely be using them again and next year will also use them to power wash the house.  I would highly recommend them.

Gregg is a great guy and does a wonderful job! I especially like what a great job he does in the screens! Gregg also does our Buisness and it has some tuff 2nd story windows to get to! You won't be disappointed with Gregg!

Very willing and good at accessing harder to reach windows.

I called Gregg on Friday 4/11 and received price. Scheduled appointment for Monday 4/14 at 8:30 am. He called me around 7:30 am to see if he could come a little early. Very punctual. He started cleaning my 31 windows on the outside only at about 8:00 am and was completely done and ready to leave by 10:00 am. All of the windows look wonderful and he cleaned all of my screens and they look like new (even though they are 17 years old). Very personable and professional. Would highly recommend him and will definitely be using him again for windows. Found out he also does pressure washing and will contact him later in the year to do that.

Appointment was easy to make; Gregg showed up on time and did an excellent job. My windows hadn't been done in a couple years and they were really nasty. He got right in and did all the work, was very thorough, friendly and very pleased when he was able to get them looking like new. I was very pleased as well. The windows definitely look as though they were just installed. He has a right to be very proud of his work. I've already discussed having him back on a regular basis and plan on doing so.

Gregg did a fantastic job, was very flexible with time and was quick. Explained what he was going to do and helped me understand more about my double window panes and what causes the condensation between them.

GREG AND HIS ASSISTANT CALLED AND KEPT ME INFORMED OF THE TIME FRAME THEY WERE LOOKING AT. IT MEANT WITH MY APPROVAL. THEY CAME AND IMMEDIATELY WENT TO WORK. GREG HAS A PRODUCT THAT HE USES ON THE SCREENS AND IT CLEANS THEM SO WELL THAT THEY ALMOST LOOK INVISIBLE. IT'S WONDERFUL. I ASKED HIM TO CLEAN THE INSIDE OF THE WINDOW ABOVE THE KITCHEN SINK AND HE DID SO GLADLY. I ASKED HIM IF HE KNEW ANYONE WHO DID CLEANING OF CEILING FANS AND HE SAID HE WOULD DO THEM. HE GOT UP ON A LADDER AND CLEANED EACH BLADE AND POINTED OUT THAT SOME OF THE BLADES WERE LOOSE AND THEN TIGHTENED THE SCREWS. I DIDN'T EVEN REALIZE OR THINK ABOUT THE SCREWS COMING LOOSE.

Gregg showed up on time agreed to do my windows. He was very efficient and professional. Had some hard water deposits on front windows from sprinklers that had been there for years and he was able to remove them with some special cleaner. My windows and screens have never looked better, should have done this years ago. This will be part of a regular 2 or 3 time a year routine for me now. Thank you!

From out of town, I was trying to find someone to clean the windows of my parents home. Based on the reviews for Gregg, I contacted him. He responded within an hour and made an appointment that same afternoon to visit their house and provide an estimate. He went to their home the next day and did a great job. My parents said he was a hard worker, was very particular, and that the windows now sparkle. He spent considerable time removing 30 years of hard water deposits (a previous window specialist had told them that the spots couldn't be removed, that the windows need to be replaced), and he was very gentle on the aging screens. On top of all that, they said that he is very pleasant to work with! I thought his price was a little high, but his work is definitely quality and my parents were extremely pleased. My mom is very picky about cleaning and would see any work that had been missed. She said he did an outstanding job. She will definitely hire him again and will give his name out to friends. Kudos to Gregg!

HE WAS ON TIME AND GOT IN AND WORKED QUIKLY AND USED HIS TIME WELL. NO SLAKING. HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING AND WENT STRAIGHT TO WORK. I ASKED HIM IF HE WOULD DO THE INSIDE OF THE KITCHEN WINDOW ABOVE THE SINK AND HE DID ALSO ASKED HIM TO DO THE TWO SLIDERS AND TRACKS AND HE DID. I ONLY FURNISHED THE VACUUM. HE HAD EVERYTHING ELSE. I WILL HIRE HIM AGAIN.

Gregg arrived with 2 other workers in his crew. They immediately went to work and were finished in approximately 2 hours. Windows were initially very dirty but sparkled after the work was complete. Window tracks and screens were very clean. I have condensation stains between the 2 panes of the double pane windows. As expected, those stains could not be removed. Gregg and his crew did a great job.

Gregg has done windows for me for several years. The work is excellent, quick, and appropriately priced.
