GRASS MASTERS

 A Google search for this company comes up with 6 reviews -- all of them bad.  There is a reason for this; the company provides terrible service.  Grass Masters provided service to our rental home in Bakersfield. The service was supposed to be gardening.  It was more like mow, blow and go. The yard has constantly gone downhill since Grass Masters was hired.  Last summer we met with the owner (Larry) at the property. We discussed the overgrown shrubs, the untrimmed trees and the one dead tree.  Larry was rude and antagonistic.  He told us emphatically what was NOT his job and how much he disliked working at residential property.  He grudgingly agreed that he would tell his people to do a better job.  We inspected the property again this past week -- the shrubs are overgrown (again) the trees are untrimmed (again) and we now have two more dead trees (total of 3).  It is obvious to me that our meeting and complaints only produced a bad attitude and less work on the yard. 
Larry obviously doesn't care at all about the work his company provides or the reputation of his business.  It doesn't seem to matter if he has a few dissatisfied customers -- he'll get more.
Again, my bottom line is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.  You will not be satisfied with the service and Larry won't care.
