This guy sux. Cannot communicate or lied intentionally. Cannot talk straight and has poor grammer. Wasted several weeks in getting repair done with warranty after approval.

I had a few plumbing items that needed attention, Terry spotted a few other items that would have caused problems. Terry showed up on time to estimate repairs and worked with our schedule to complete repairs. Good experience. I recommend Golden Quality Plumbing

The owner called in the morning about one hour before he was to come to ask if we were available. He showed up on time and asked us to describe the problem and give exact location. He began working and was finished less than a half hour later. He gave information about our house and the system and was able to fix the problem without any delay.

I love Terry. I recommend him to all my friends and they are happy, too. He's honest, easy-going, kind, a good worker, solves the problem, not afraid to go into a crawl space; has an overall "can do" attitude. He has never overcharged me and I feel very comfortable with him and confident in his work. He also cautions against doing too much if it isn't necessary and helps me to keep things affordable. Long live Terry!
