 + 0 more. One cannot not adequately convey the amount of frustration and wasted time that went into managing this incident. First do not go to a Go wireless Store for any Verizon products. For one the corporate help line is so frustrated with the number of dissatisfied clients from the Go wireless outlets that the Verizon corporation help technicians tell me that they with the Go wireless stores would be shut down due to the fact that the people at the Go Wireless stores are very poorly trained and the Verizon employees are tired of dealing with the upset clients
Description of Work: The sales Person activated the wrong line and once I contacted the corporate store I found that the device was inoperable. The corporate store found that the device was faulty. They asked the subsidiary store to provide me with a new device and they refused to supply the device because the Individual said that the bar code was too attached to the box. I had the bar taped to the box because one must cut out the barcode to receive the rebate. This continued on for several tens of minutes. I finally left the store on coffee and went to the store on Brimhall. The manager at the Brimhall store was very helpful and replaced the defective device in minutes. One cannot not adequately convey the amount of frustration and wasted time that went into managing this incident.
