At first, I was very impressed with the service I received. I thought the salesman listened to me, and he was very helpful. When the doors arrived a couple of weeks later, they were prehung doors which is not what I needed. Now I do take some of the blame because I thought he knew what I needed, and he thought I knew what he was talking about. So, I had over $600.00 worth of prehung doors that I could not use. Basically, their response to me was, "Sorry, that is what you had us order, so they are yours." The only attempt they tried to work with me on was to show me and my husband it was all my fault. I guess "the customer is always wrong" was the case in this instance. I then had to order another $300 worth of doors to get the ones I needed. Needless to say, I will not being using them again.
