The term I would use is quick and dirty. The only thing they did well was show up on time the first day. Dropped a limb on the diving board and it went into the pool, wiping out some tile. Pool was a mess, they left with the stump not even taken down to grade level. If you are going to demo the entire area then I might use them, not where I want it to be left nice.
