The two workers began in their respective spots - the exterior guy removed screens and washed them, and washed the windows. The interior guy washed the windows inside, starting with my laundry room. he knocked a brass fitting off the window sill and it disappeared behind the dryer. no biggie. although i thought the salesman (at the home show) said they cleaned window sills, this is obviously not true.
Both workers continued around the house. when the interior guy got to the two picture windows that are my dog's "windows on the world", the doggie noseprints (pupcus? ) remained. I pointed it out to him, and he redid the two windows. still, some pupcus remained. perhaps it was because the sun was shining in at an angle where he couldn't see it
a couple of windows have water stain and cloudiness - extra elbow grease and a nice minty cleaner improved this appearance significantly.
At the end of the process, i was asked to inspect the work and sign a paper that said all was well. While i feel the job was not very well done, i was not interested in having it re-done so i signed the paper. The quoted price, $175, seems to be their standard price, regardless of the number or size of the windows. I do not feel that (in my case) $10 a window is a bargain, especially since the qualty of the work was only adequate.

Didn't like the fact they were late to the appointment. But the overall work was done correctly.

Estimate included removal of some hard water stains. Actual cleaning crew stated they would have to charge for that. Get it in all in writing if you use these people. The work they did is very good.
