Ironing
I called and left a message requesting a call back for an estimate to clean our home. She returned my call on Monday 08/04/2014 and we set an appointment for Wednesday 08/06/2014 between 11:00 and 12:00. On Wednesday at 12:30 I called and received her voicemail. I asked her to return my call and let me know what was going on. I received no return call.

House Cleaning
I called and left a message and she called me back. We set an appointment around 12 to get an estimate. She didn't show up. I called her about the appointment and she told me she was having car troubles. Very unprofessional to not call and let me know.
