Called Mike and meet him at my house. Took computer and called me back in a couple of days.Told me what was wrong and gave me options on replacement parts. Delivered the comp. on time and fixed. Very nice young man.

He did a very good job. One thing he did was he had a very good 30%discount kit. So my bill cropped down a little bit and after discount my bill was $115. He did a very quick turnaround. He is an individual who owns the company. I was very happy with him and would use him again.

Called the company repeatedly but only got a recording saying call could not go through and to call back later. I finally gave up after 4-5 calls and used their e-mail address shown to contact them. Never heard back from them. Are they still in business???? Very disappointed in that this was my first try with anyone on Angie's List.
