When I called Doormaster I was asked to explain my issue and was offered free DIY solution or service within the hour. Not having confidence in my DIY skills I opted for the service call. The service provider was at my home within the promised time frame. He was helpful and demonstrated how to fix the issue should it occur again to avoid further service fees. He went above and beyond adjusting the door. The company is honest and there was no push for unneeded services or parts. I will absolutely use them for any future garage door needs and refer them to friends.

ARIVVED ON TIME, TOOK DOWN THE OLD DOOR and OPENER,LOADED IT ON ISTRUCK TO TAKE IT AWAY. MODIFIED THE DOOR OPENING TO FIT THE NEW DOOR PROPERLY, and INSTALLED THE NEW DOOR and OPENER, THE OPERATION WENT VERY WELL and I WAS VERY PLEASED.

Arrived on time, performed well despite sweltering heat. Fixed our garage door with a a great attitude.

Great experience. Call to the main office got me in touch w/ a very nice lady who listened to my description of the issue. Based on my description, she explained her diagnosis (which told me she knows her business!) and gave me a price which included parts and all labor, and was told the repair would take about an hour.

I was given a choice of appointment times.

I opted for a window for the next day, took a late lunch from work, the tech showed up on time, charged me the price I was quoted over the phone, and all this took about an hour. Also, something else that impressed me about the company: the tech took the time to explain the work that was done, showed me the old parts, and offered tips on door maintenance (where to lube, what to use).

I would recommend Doormaster to a friend.

The experience went well. I was very happy with the job from start to finish.

They were good and I would use them again in the future.
