DIAMOND RIDGE ROOFING INC

I had two different companies give me a bid. Diamond Ridge Roofing Inc. (DRR) does business in a very professional manner. They schedule an inspection, set a date/time, show up promptly, complete the work and immediately give you the results in person. I found out I needed a few repairs. DDR gave me a bid for $400. Another roofing company give me a bid of $3,000 plus another (optional) $3,000 to seal a patio overhang. I liked the way DDR does business. I interacted with their staff well, and I obviously concluded what I needed could be satisfactorily addressed at a fraction of the cost of the other roofing company. Conclusion: I have found my roofing company for any future needs . .. Diamond Ridge Roofing.

Diamond ridge roofing was on the job and done in a week. They had to tear the old roof off the house and Put all new plywood on. Replace facia boards put all the nesseccary flashing on and then put new shingles on both the house and shop building. They did an excellent job on everything. I couldn't be happier, plus they stand behind their work.

The roofing job was good. I have no complaints there. However, I did ask them to inspect the existing roof of my house, as I feared it may have compromising areas that may leak. I'm not sure if they ever inspected it or not, but I am sure it leaked, when the painters came to spray wash (prep) the house before painting.

It was fabulous. This is the 4th roofing company that I have had in my adult life. From the office to the workers; they all were so professional, clean and focused. The roofers themselves were hard working and focused. I can't speak highly enough about them. I will have them back to do some other things that I need to have done. The workers all seem to work so well together. They were here 5 days. I had an opportunity to witness all of this. The price was cheaper than the other companies I had bids from. I chose them because I liked the owner. He answered all of my questions. He gave me everything I wanted. I would recommend them.

I needed to have two repairs done to my roof. Diamond bid the job, did the job, and then actually invoiced for less than the bid. When I checked with them they said that the repairs were not as extensive as originally estimated once the tiles were removed and that not as much labor/materials was required. So, they charged about 1/2 of the estimate. The price was more than fair and the work appears to be done correctly.

This is the forth job that Diamond Ridge Roofing has done for me. Their work is timely and professional and they go beond

what is needed to make sure the job is done correctly. I wound not continue to use them if they were not as good as they are.

A church member recommended them to me. When they came to do the estimate, I was very impressed by their professionalism. There were a couple of things that I had questions about and they answered those. They found a couple of other things that they suggested and they were not too terribly expensive. I basically gave them free rein to do whatever they needed to do. Some areas around the eaves I thought needed replaced and they said they didn't need to be done so I trusted them. I did have them come back to check out some of the flashing and they repaired some of that. It was $200 to do that. It was a 30 year roof.

I got bids from other companies and these guys are the ones I chose. I will use them again in the future.
