Great he even offered to do some areas not covered in the order at no additional cost

I did not actually use them. They made some suggestions of things that I could do. They were trying to get some cat urine out of my furniture. Their quote was really high. It did work. I would suggest them; they were very thorough and helpful.

He is very professional, and prompt. He is very personable. He is a fun man to work with. He makes sure everything is done as if he is going to live with the piece of furniture or the carpet. He is very meticulous. I have always used him for carpet cleaning. He pays attention to anything funky that has to be worked on. He will not leave until he gets it.
