It went well. We were pretty happy with process and the builder.

After looking at several companies without feeling comfortable with any of them, we found Mr. Medina.  On initial meeting 2/3/2012 Mr. Medina was very professional, discussing options and suggestions for building the pool and spa, answering all our questions patiently and knowledgeably.  When contracted, he met his calendar timeline, keeping us informed of all work being done.  He gave detailed instructions on care and the start-up of the spa and pool for use when it was completed and discussed all warranty coverage on all the equipment and work performed.  The fenced equipment area keeps the little ones and the puppy out of all pool equipment, and is esthetically pleasing to have the equipment out of site. 

Crystal Pools company--Mr. Medina and his crew were  polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional.  We have an absolutely beautiful pool and spa!

Owner came to house (Mario Medina) Very professional He explained procedure very clearly step by step. We agreed on the price and time. He gave me his card that had not only bus. phone but his cell too. Everything went like clockwork. It was a very good experience and I will call him again in a couple of years. Would recommend to anyone.

CRYSTAL POOLS IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. THE ENTIRE MEDINA FAMILY : MARIO SR, RUDY, MARIO JR AND HIS SISTER ALL GENUINELY CARE THAT THE CUSTOMER NEEDS AND EXPECTATIONS ARE MET. EVEN AFTER TWO YEARS OF BUILDING THE POOL THEY CAME OUT IN PERSON TO ANSWER SIMPLE QUESTIONS. I WAS EXPECTING JUST A RETURN PHONE CALL. RUDY AND MARIO JR. SPENT TIME TO ANSWER AND EXPLAIN ALL QUESTIONS AND CONCERN. THEY EVEN CHECKED THE CHEMICALS, PUMP, MECHANICAL ETC WITHOUT MY ASKING.
