It seems the only reason he's a "gold dealer" for control 4 is he get a big sale and never answers his phone again when it doesn't work. I was embarrassed because I referred him to many people and he ended up upsetting every one of them. Stay away from this expensive headache! I'm not sure how he's still in business.
