CINDERELLA FLOWER GIFT

I was a bit disturbed when I saw the flowers that evening as it did not look like an upgraded arramgement. but it was nice.
Two days later, the hydranga in the arrangement was completely dead and had to be removed. Also the first mum popped and dropped petals all over and anything that could drop petals was dropping them. By Friday the roses were wilting and by Monday the arrangement had to be discarded. An email to Cinderella discussing my dissatisfaction has gone unnanswered.
I understand that the life of cut flowers cannot be guaranteed, but I have purchased cut flowers and grown flowers enough to be aware of the expected life of a cut arrangement. I don't like being the person that the old flowers are dumped on,
I did not request and do not expect a refund because I did receive a product, however inferior. If the arrangement had been for a different venue, it's short life may have been acceptable, but I did specify that I wanted something that would last
When you pay over $100 (including delivery) for an arrangement that doesn't last a week, it is disappionting. Especially when I could have gone to a nearby Von's or CostCo and purchased "fresh flowers" for a lot less and that would not have deteriorated so rapidly.
