Castaic Pool promised that they would take sixty days to complete the project, and they did it in that time. Construction was rough since all of the old concrete was removed, but the whole process was made bearable by the fact that we knew the timelines, and they were adhered to. Harry Clay, the contractor, did a wonderful job of keeping us informed. He's a very colorful character and loves to talk about all aspects of pool design. Since he is very experienced, he tended to suggest alternatives to any idea we had. With a bit of persistence we got things done the way we wanted them. The work was top notch, and the follow-up has always been exceptional. We've had a couple of warranty repairs, and they were always done quickly.
