We’ll for a couple years, but then about half of the planks lifted up. I’ve tried unsuccessfully to get them to come out and correct the work for over one year.

When we arrived at the shop the owner was chatting with another customer. He did not greet us, or even look at us. He continued to gossip with the other customer (they were not talking about flooring). I found the carpet I wanted and told him I was ready. He continued to gossip with the other customer for 20 minutes while I waited. When he finally got to us he we were done quickly, but I already felt that this other customer was more important than I was.
The rug got done in less than five days. But their hours at the store are very inconvenient so my husband had to get off work early in order to pick up the rug. In addition, when he got to the store the battery to our car died. When my husband explained the situation, the owner acted extremely annoyed and made my husband feel really uncomfortable. He had my husband wait on the sidewalk with the rug for me to come and jumpstart the car. He did not offer to jump our car, or let my husband wait in the store. He instead closed up his shop and then when we were trying to jump the car he walked by us and left. He didn't acknowledge us or offer any assistance.
Although the price was nice, the service was so uncomfortable and bad that I would rather spend more money just so that I don't have to deal with the owner again. I will not recommend this place at all.
