Pool and Spa Servicing
It started out well, but over the past 6 months we haven't been really happy. My husband has asked him several times for quotes on things and has yet to receive them. He doesn't always come on the same day and it seems like when he does come, there are still leaves in the pool or in the filter basket. Not sure what's going on, but we will be looking for someone else to maintain our pool.

Did a great job on the replacement of the pump and the swimming pool cleaning. The only problem is his reliability. I think he may be overworked.

Example of his (Todd, owner) mannerism: he will call to let me know what needs to be done, how it affects the system & me, our options to repair & costs. He will give me options on short term repair w/ cost that will last a month or so versus completely repairing/ replacing that would last years, etc.

Todd, the owner and service person, was very attentive and explained what needed to be done now and what repairs he thought could wait until later (next summer). He kept in touch during the process to explain the cloudiness of the water and what to expect the next day and showed me a few things to prevent a swamp in the back yard. I will definitely call him to handle the other repairs and to start monthly service when kids are back in school.
