The difficult part was working with the EUC out of Fresno and Santa Cruz. The PG&E website where I learned of the rebates and the EUC program was unclear and the bureaucracy and red-tape was problematic. Many phone calls and emails finally got things straight. In fact, Bob was also concerned whether or not I would receive the promised rebate and offered to wait for the final payment of the balance pending receipt of my rebate check - which I did receive.
