After several phone calls and a service visit, BrightHouse absolved themselves of any responsibility in the situation. No improvement and no referrals for other help were made.

Set up was fine. No problems there .. just wish the service speed ( as in upload/download) was better in our area of town. The Wifi is hit and miss in certain areas of the house as well.
It would be a great help and I would prefer smaller windows of time to make appt - wasting my day is not my favorite things to do.

Box works great.
A lot of people runs down the service Brighthouse has because of the cost. However, the other cable providers make you sign contracts and then once they are over their prices are about the same as Brighthouse. Plus they do t have all the channels I get with Brighthouse.

They are easy to contact and talk to a person. They take care of any problem I have quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them above any other providers of cable and internet services.

I've been using them for many, many years. My community doesn't allow satellite dishes.
