Bright House Networks

We were having bandwidth issues while my son and family were living with us for several months.
They adjusted some options on the old router which helped but was still not great so they replaced with a much better router.

I gave details above. They have replaced several remote controllers and replaced the black box as well. They give you a two hour window when they have been called to fix their problem. This locks up about four hours because the are often late. I set at home early just to not miss them. They are polite on the phone and try to reset the black box remotely. Only once did this ever help. I jokingly told one service tech that I should get a two bed-room place so that they can be on hand because the are problems with their black box and remote once or twice and sometimes more every week.
I have been planning to change to Dish TV and a different Internet provider. I have heard that they are not much better than Bright House.
I am disabled due to an idiot using his cell phone and speeding on the freeway while I was stopped in traffic. I had gone to Orange County to buy a used car. On the way back to Bakersfield I was stuck on Interstate 5 and hurt badly. In the hospital with the back surgery (damaged my hands, hips and back. The right hand had separate surgery to recover use of the muscles in the fingers. Both hands still go numb. I have problems in the front and rear thighs as well as my legs and feet.
I strongly suggest  that any use of a cell phone in a moving car that is not legally parked be made a felony with a prison sentence and stiff financial fine. The funds collected with the fine must go to the individual that is hurt or the family if the person is killed. We have to get these drivers out of driving any car and serve 6 to 15 years in prison for causing any injure to the victim. If the driver with the cell phone causes the death of an individual they pay a very stiff fine that goes to the victim's family and they serve a prision of 15 to life for the manslaughter of the victim of their senseless driving. Any family member can be disabled or killed from their inability to drive a car safely. 

It went well. The customer service person was very knowledgeable and helped fix my problem.

Technician arrived on time. He upgraded my cable box, answred questions, was patient and showed knowledgeable ability to make the fix better and faster.

I wouldn't recommend them to others for service.

I have been using them for six years. Their service is fine.

I do not have any contracts with Bright House. The bills are sent online. They provide a good experience.
