I think he's an excellent mechanic with way too much work, and way to many pushy inconsiderate clients. He was awfully rude at times, yet he really was well-informed, and though was really busy, he did a great job. I think I can stand his rudeness if he does an excellent job - he calms down after a bit of a rough beginning, and then I really found respect for him.

I had taken my car to somewhere else and they told me that it has something to do with electrical and it was gonna cost me a lot. So I called Brian and asked him and he said that maybe it's just the bulbs. When I took it in, he had a hard time removing the cover to the brake lights and he says, "They didn't even remove this." I didn't think he would know anything about the electrical that they told me it was and he was just, "Bring it in because I'm sure that it's not electrical." He's very honest, very ethical and very professional.
