While most builders delegate critical decisions to designers and foremen, the owner, Allison Brandt Oliver, walks the home sites frequently in order to work with our tradesmen and ensure quality control. This superior level of attention to detail is simply one advantage of building with Brandt Oliver Homes! Many of our subcontractors and vendors have been with the team for more than 10 years. This creates a level of understanding between trades we are in this together for the long term not just for your current project.
