I have described exactly what happened.
To this date, Mr and Mrs. Ray Barnicke are claiming poverty and say they are unable to pay us back for the money they stole from us.
Another group of victims intends to sue them and hopefully we can be a part of that Class Action, and someday get back some of our money.

I hired and paid for the project in November, and in February he still had not ordered the product. He came out and got some of the material, he hung some of the blinds up and they did not fit. He wanted more money to finish the project, and he then quit.
