This was the second phase of a back-and side-yard project.  The work was done very well.  I left much of the selection of plants up to Mario after giving some parameters (low maintenance, pool area to have plants that did not "shed" too much, don't overfill with too many plants, etc.). My backyard looks great; I will let the plants "fill in" over time rather than have to thin out later.
The crew worked diligently, and had the entire project done over a 3 day period.  They cleaned up the sidewalks and other hard-scape areas and reset the timers for the sprinklers and lighting.
I will use this company again; Mario and his crew were great.

First phase:  Sprinklers.  My sprinkler system had been damaged/broken by overgrown redwood trees (which were subsequently removed by another company) in front and back yard. Bolles Nursery returned my call within 2 days and came out to give an estimate.  This was a big job and part way through, they called to let me know that it would cost more to complete the job. I wasn't overly surprised as much of the damage/work was not visible during the initial estimate.  Handled it very professionally by letting me know in advance that they could stay within the budget (and do a little less) or finish the job at the adjusted cost.  I opted for the complete job and was very happy with the work.  They did a great job and cleaned up thoroughly afterward.  
I intend on finishing the backyard with sod and landscaping the garden around the pool and yard.  When I got the original estimate, they were very understanding that I would have to do the work in phases.  I will be calling the company back regarding the second phase - putting down sod.

They came when they said that they would be there. They did a great job and the price seemed reasonable. I would use them again.

We've had an excellent experience with them. They did a really nice job and their people are great. . Everything looked really good. They also have a good customer service. The staff was excellent.

Fabulous from start to finish. We had done lots of research and shopping around but just couldn't get any in-depth help at anyofthe places we tried. Bolles on Wible was amazing. Shiela answered all our questions, showed us the trees we were considering and offered us additional choices. Once we decided on the types he helped us select the size based on growth rates, etc. We were thrilled to learn that they could put it in for us at such a reasonable cost. When the men brought the tree they were friendly, professional and quick. Worth every penny not to have to dig that hole!

The gentleman I worked with was very professional. It was good to work with him. When he came up with the plan and I made suggestions for changes I wanted to make, he was very agreeable to doing that. When I made a suggestion that he didn't think was going to be the best overall, he wasn't shy about telling me that but in a very professional way. There was a lot of give and take.

They were helpful. When I asked questions about the plants, they were able to answer about fertilizers and various things. Their prices were competitive with everybody else. Their plants are good quality. They were very professional.

Their price varies on how many flats of flowers I get. It varies every time; the bill's never the same. I think their price is reasonable though. They are very knowledgeable about the plants. They never leave a mess. They always have everything cleaned up perfectly. They are very professional, and Pablo, the one who I deal with, is very knowledgeable and very courteous. The workers are also very courteous. I never had a problem with them, and I have been using them for seven years since 2006.

They took soil samples and told me what the problem was.

From the beginning, the work crews were right on time, exactly on the day we were to start. Pablo was on sight to oversee the exact placement of every tree and shrub. At the end of each workday, the guys completely cleaned up all excessive debris. They knew exactly what needed to be done, always without the necessity for additional input from us. When each job was completely finished, all they left behind were glorious results.

I cant explain to anyone the satisfaction i feel . This company is so outstanding in its quality of workmanship, skills of perfection in everyway. Pablo was so very polite and really listened to what I wanted my front yard to look like.

He did that and more , his crew were very polite and really worked hard and also cleaned up when they where done. If you want a number one landscaper call BOLLES.

Called them, Pablo came out to look at the job in a couple of days, made suggestions (which I really appreciated), and gave me an estimate...actually I was given a choice of two price ranges. I assume the choice I made determined the scope of the job. We agreed on the date, they arrived promptly and the work was completed in a timely manner. The price was within the range of the proposal we had agreed upon.

We were referred to Pablo for landscaping of our backyard (new home). We immediately saw that Pablo understood the direction we wanted to go with the design and checking references, found him to be highly recommended. With Pablo, we firstt laid out a design for planters and grass areas then met with Pablo at Bolles Nursery to look at plants, trees and scrubs. Bolles inventory of plants gave us a terrific variety of beautiful plants to choose from. Pablo explained each to us in detail as to type of soil, care , size and sun requirements. From the plants we really liked Pablo made suggestions as to which would work best in areas of our yard. Upon our approval of his suggestions and adding our personal requests, Pablo brought the plants to our home and together we placed them around the yard . After we approved the layout,his team of exceptional workers, dug the holes prepared the soil according to planting areas, and planted all of the plants. Also they put in the irrigation and drip systems and wiring for low-voltage lights to be added later. After curbing was installed by Green America Landscaping, recommended by Pablo, the sod was laid out. Pablo returned the next day to set the sprinkler system and go over the recommended care and feeding of the plants and lawn for the best results. After the holidays we plan to complete the planter areas with bark, river rock, and boulders and accent lighting. We have discovered one flooded area but Bolles assured us that Pablo would be notified and we are confident that it will be corrected soon. We look forward to Pablo's assistance with the completion of our beautiful yard. This crew was very knowledgeable and willing to get answers to questions they did not understand and worked diligently, The area was left clean and neat at the end of each day (6 days). Pablo and his crew made this experience fun and we are really enjoying the results. We would recommend them without reservation.
