"We must have had a misunderstanding. I received a phone call from somebody over a year ago to match some existing cabinetry doors, we could not match them and did not collect information or set an appointment at this address."
"Yes, after having shown up for two evening appointments in May without anyone home we did not call again to arrange for another attempt. We did call the phone number you gave us and left a message while at your home waiting, after no answer or return phone call we left. There is only time to have one evening appointment each day Monday through Thursday and after two attempts without contact to cancel we chose not to pursue an additional appointment. We do understand emergencies happen, to my knowledge this was not the case."
"We are sorry there must have been a misunderstanding. We left you voicemails and emailed you in 2010 to find out if you had secured the financing you stated you needed and to schedule an additional design review. It is not our policy to continue to contact when we have not received any response. We are glad you are happy with your new kitchen and wish you many happy times and memories in you new kitchen."
"I am sorry I believe there could have been some misunderstandings. We had left two messages on the phone number you gave us back in September with no response and again on December 10 after reading this review. To this date I have not received a return phone call to schedule a time to show you the kitchen design we have for you. It does state your first name on the voicemail of the number I am calling but I do understand that there are many people with that same first name and that sometimes voicemails do not come through on cell phones. Our normal policy is two or three phone calls in attempt to contact. Please feel free to give us a call if you would like to make an appointment. Thank you."
Once they came out measured and checked out the kitchen they let us know where the problems were as far as electrical and water placement and how the necessary changes could be done, with multiple options. After that their focus was on what we cook and how we cook, trying to understand how we and quot;useand quot; our kitchen and what kind of storage space we would need. Anytime I had an idea for something estetic Annette would break it down for me into terms of what could be done and what else it would effect and cost so I could make an informed decision. They also had tools and ways to balance what I wanted and liked with what my husband wanted and liked so that we would both be happy.
We were not an easy customer, in that we don't keep a traditional 8-5 work schedule and they adjusted their start times to meet our late morning needs. Which we greatly apprciated.
It was a very pleasant expirience knowing that someone knowledgable was available at all times during the process. Anytime a question popped up or a color scheme/deco idea came up they were their and ready to offer advice or opinions and often pictures of other jobs that showed new ideas for me to consider. We are done now and moving all the stuff back into the kitchen. And we are very happy with our finished product.
If there is a long lead time on items to be ordered, I would suggest ordering items and confirm anticipated delievery dates before starting tear out of existing kitchen or bath. Once the kitchen sink and stove are gone it is makes a big impact on daily living.
