I wasn't really happy with them. They were late and there were still stains in the carpet after they cleaned it, so we called them. They did come back to do a second cleaning on the spots that we weren't happy with, but I probably would not recommend them. One of the spots came out, but the other one didn't. They used a steam cleaning process and the carpets were excessively wet, so it took several days to dry. There was so much humidity in the house that the windows were all fogged over and wet. Their price was fine and very reasonable, but it took several calls back and forth to get it done.

"Best Carpet always strives to treat our customers with the utmost of care. Our technicians were not late for the appointment. And, if we are running late, we call ahead to let the customer know. After this job, we had to call the next customer that we were running late. When we arrived we found the carpet in a heavily soiled condition, so it took longer to clean it. when we finished the job, we instructed them to open windows and use fans to shorten drying time. The average drying time is two and a half to three hours. The customer failed to follow instructions. They called Best carpet complaining of remaining stains. So, the owner himself came out the next day and found that the carpet had worn traffic areas from the kitchen to the living room. I talked to Sandra's husband. We had a friendly discussion, and he was happy with the job. We shook hands in agreement. This ocurred almost two months ago,."

One business I was able to get a live telephone response instead of voicemail. He set up the time and was prompt, professional and came back the next day to check if the stain was gone. Very nice man.

They came in, very nice and professional, cleaned the living room and bedroom and like they explained to me, the stains they did not think would come out did not and what they said would come clean did. Very happy with them. I would use again!

I called Best Carpet cleaning to have my carpet and rugs cleaned. ( Best carpet was referred by a co-worker ) I have to say they did an amazing job!! Stains that have been in my carpet for years that other carpet cleaners have never been able to take out, Best carpet cleaning did!!!! George, owner operator saved me $800.00 from having to replace my living room carpet. After the results of the first cleaning job, I called Best Carpet to shampoo my business office and my mother's home and again I got the same great results. Best carpet cleaning is truly the best!!
