The Company made an appointment for the following day with a two hour window; we requested a call before they arrived. They called thirty minutes before and arived on time.Paul Cole, service technicain, looked at the unit (ten years old) and said its no problem, the parts are under warrantee. After Paul replaced the defective parts he proceded to recaalibrate the unit. Today we have softwater again. The total cost was for a service call. The receptionist was pleasant and had followed through, Paul Cole was also a very pleasant person to work with, and he was ontime and professional, compleded the work in a timley manner.
