Everything went well. The paperwork included a re-submission of the permit applications and fees when the district decided to change their form in the middle of the process. I would recommend this company to anyone who would like to install solar panels in the district. They were willing to accommodate my need to subcontract a new roof as part of the installation of the panels, and were willing to accommodate my desire to know all the little details of the process and in the end there were no surprises. The owner, responded to phone calls and emails with even small questions in a timely manner, which was greatly appreciated when questions came up about details.  Our 32 panel system is working great, and there were zero surprises when it came to costs and price.  If you're thinking solar, and you should if you have an appropriate location, you should definitely go for Bakersfield Solar Panels.
