I took the car in for a funny noise in the rear and new brakes. They found the cause of the noise. They took care of my transmission service. The most impressive part for me was that I asked for the brakes to be replaced due to a little squeak. They could have done so and charged me (or even just charged me - how would I know!?). Instead they explained that they had plenty of life left and the glaze removal would only make my rotors thinner now...and I can take care of all this when I really do need new brakes later. They also gave me a heads up on future maintenance work which was helpful.
