Provider called for appointment. He arrive on time and did maintenance. He explained what he did and why he did it. he also recommended some things I could do to keep A/C unit more efficient.

Service went great. Service tech gave us some recommendations for upkeep due to where the unit is located, plus gave us a tip on using the cheaper air filters to allow more air flow so the system doesn't struggle. We have to remember to change them every month, but I just set a monthly alert on my phone, plus it still ends up being cheaper.

I simply cannot say enough WONDERFUL things about this company. I have a home warranty (Old Republic) and The Appliance Clinic was contracted to install my replacement built-in microwave in May 2013. The technician who came out, James, was prompt, professional and courteous, and microwave is still working perfectly. I called Old Republic again first thing this morning as my air conditioner stopped blowing out cold air - simply unacceptable in Bakersfield heat! Once again, The Appliance Clinic was contracted, and the technician (James!) arrived a little over an hour later. What I imagined (and dreaded) would be a complete overhaul of my unit turned out to be a and quot;time delayand quot; error with a sensor - James quickly rectified the problem and added freon as I was low. Took about 40 minutes tops! I am now enjoying the crisp cold air once again! The Appliance Clinic is simply the best company I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Honest, reliable and customer oriented. Give them a call, you will not be disappointed!

Our furnace went out on Christmas eve, call our home warranty (Fidelity National) 12/25 and on 12/26, Fidel Herrera from Appliance Clinic came out, diagnosed the problem, had to return to shop to get the required part, returned, repaired and we are back to normal.
Very happy with the service from Appliance clinic and Fidelity National home Warranty for the prompt service.

After another company on 3 tries (plus 2 billings) attempted to get our AC unit working for more than a few hours or a day, I was referred to Fidel's company. He arrived when he said he would which was in the early evening and looked at the unit, shook his head at what he found and then proceeded to fix the problem immediately along with some of the shoddy work from the previous and quot;repairand quot; person. He returned again the next day to finish cleaning up what the previous and quot;repairand quot; person had done and to check on the unit. After this experience I will use no other company period.

Claimed stove was too old and couldnt obtain parts and couldnt be fixed. Service man was rude and hung up on me. I went out and bought a new stove and removing it we Discovered the oven heater element wire was burnt off. Thats it ! So it didnt need a new stove , just a competent repair man. Where do they Find people like this ? So Im out $500 bucks for a stove that had a wire off. These people do not deserve your business if they are this Bad. I refused to pay them. They agreed.

They were trying to service it and keep it alive . They came out and cleaned the crud out of it and tried to get it running. Luckily after about a month it blew up and I got it replaced under warranty. I will use them again in the future.
