Excellent job trimming my palm trees exactly as I requested. Service was very fast & price was very reasonable. I highly recommend these professional certified arborists.

Everything went very well. They arrived with a large crew & alot of equipment. They said it would be done in 1 day & it was. It was a big job, but they had everything cut down & removed as they said. I would re-hire this company again.

I had used Alspaw previously for some trees in my backyard. I was pleased with them before, so I decided to use them again. This time they trimmed up a very large tree in our front yard. The price was "high", but honestly I feel that it was just sticker shock and it was actually a fair price. They were always punctual and the did great work. I WILL be using them again.

I called to arrange an estimate, and a licensed arborist came out to my property. I was given a short window of time that they would arrive, 2pm-4pm not an all day time frame, and they arrived at 2:15pm. Very professional estimate, and the price was extremely fair, considering all the work. They arrived on the date of service at 7am, and finished by 8:30am. Not only did they do the work specified, but they also raked all leaves and cleaned and swept my patio. I was very impressed.

One of the workers accidently did some damage to a pool feature pipe and auto refill.  But Alspaw paid me back for the repair , with no problem.   I have used Alspaw several different times and have always been pleased with their work.

This is the second time that we have used them. Once the crew arrived the work was completed in a very professional manner. All small limbs and trimmings were removed. When I called for an estimate appointment, the scheduler was not available and  I was told someone would call me back. No one call that day or the next, so I called again. This time I was able to arrange an appointment.  On the day of the appointment the crew did not come at the designated time and we did not receive a call altering us that they would be late. We called and were told that the job ahead of us was taking longer than originally thought. We were then rescheduled for the following day. There needs a greater concern for a costumers time.

This company has a long history and excellent reputation. Our experience with this representative, however, was less than impressive. Unprofessional, disinterested as by far the most expensive quote we got. They have yet to follow up which tells me they don't need the work.

They were great and I loved them. They have a certified arborist on staff. I have a really gigantic tree that I have babied and grown from a stick and I do not want anybody messing with it that is not really an expert, not somebody who bought a chainsaw out of a shop and calls himself a tree trimmer but a guy that really knows his stuff, an arborist who bothered to go to school and take the test. During that time, they were willing to come out and look at the job. They tell you what they think should be done. They will work with you if you are a little bit skeptical. They really help you a lot to understand the purpose of taking care of the tree and the health of the trees. And they will come out and do all of that for free. When they came back, they were with a very professional crew and I was incredibly nervous about the amount of work that they were doing on this tree but even the crew assured me every step of the way. They showed me what they were doing and explained the benefits to the tree. They were concerned about the health of the tree. I will be calling them back in the fall and have them do the job they estimated.

Alspaw arrived on time with the right tools to do the job. They had a bucket truck that enabled them to do an outstanding job on a severly injured tree - it turned out beautiful! I live on the corner and my neighbors drove by and noticed how beautiful my tree was - three of them hired them that day to do work for them!
