 + -1 moreRick set up the appt with me. He was there on time. He took the time to show me what the problem was with the recliner and also showed me a piece that Lane did not provide that was obviously bent out of shape. He supplied that part - no charge. He claimed the recliner would be as good as new. That was not correct. The recliner operates better than when it was new. I know because I have a spare recliner (exact model) that has virtually never been used. The repaired recliner is much smoother. He also suggested some things that would provide a longer life to the recliner. I would recommend Alpha Recliner Service to anyone.
Description of Work: Replaced the entire slide mechanism on a Lane recliner/rocker.
