Made appt via call center. Local office called to let me know glass needed ordered so we had to change the appointment; not a problem. Gentleman came to my office on May 16; prompt, polite, professional. On drive home, I noticed there were and quot;wavyand quot; lines in the driver's sight. Kept forgetting to call shop for several days. Did call, next appt on June 11. Same gentleman came to my office; again, he was prompt, polite, professional. Replaced the replacement windshield - no wavy lines!

I called and got several quotes to repair the chip in my windshield, and All Star Glass had the best price by far. The receptionist was courteous, knowledgeable and was able to give me a prompt appointment. I decided to take my car to their location for service to save money, and because it was located not far from my home. On the day of my 1pm appointment, I received a phone call at 12:54 stating that the service technician was running late, and that I should come at 1:30. I was mildly inconvenienced, but I understood it could not be helped. When I arrived the technician was able to quickly repair the chip. I've never had a windshield chip repair done before, so I had a maybe unreasonable expectation that the chip would be invisible after service. It is much improved. The chip is filled in but the crack is still visible. My husband warned me that it probably would not be perfect, so I didn't not expect it to be. Overall I am happy with my experience because of the excellent price, convenient location, and courteous employees.

I called the company for an estimate and they told me the cost to the penny within 2 minutes. They had the windshield in stock and arranged to have it installed at my home the next day. I was given a 2-3 hr time block and the workman arrived at the beginning of the time window. It took about 45 minutes to replace the windshield. My wife was given instructions about removing the tape securing the window after 6+ hours and to leave the side windows cracked open so closing a door would not loosen the new window adhesive. They took my check for payment and were gone, leaving the truck cleaner than it was (It's parked outside).
