All Climate provided us with excellent customer service. Chad and Lewis were great and made sure we were taken care of when our unit went down. The company gave me no hassle on their service guarantee and lived up to their promises. It's rare to see a company give this kind of service to people anymore. Will definitely use Climate again and highly recommend them to anyone in Bakersfield!

After the first service call to check defective unit on 1/4/18 new A/C was installed 1/11/18. The work was done in an efficient manner. The workman were caring and careful of the surrounding areas and they were really nice, answering all my questions. On 1/16 the ducts were inspected to all satisfaction. I would definitely call All-Climate for any other work that I might need to have done in future

Technician diagnosed as a cracked heat exchanger. We contacted our home warranty and they diagnosed the problem as a failed circuit board. They replaced the circuit board and the furnace operates as it should. The heat exchanger is not cracked,

It went very well. Robert, the technician, was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. I did think that the part was too expensive, though.

Very well. Lewis Bogle was the Technician they sent and he was a very nice man and professional. He explained the work that he had done and showed me what he had done on the service ticket. He also care about cleaning his shoes off before he came into my house! It was a very good experience and I will call All Climate again!

Very well. I didn't know a thing about mini-splits and was concerned about it. Robert, my technician, took time to school me on it and it's all good now. I've had many, many pre-summer checks having lived in the valley for over 60 years and Robert's performance was truly as good as it can get. It was the same with phone communication with the office

The technician called beforehand and arrived early. He introduced himself and was very pleasant. He explained the steps he would take to complete the process and began working. He completed the work and explained that I needed a part replaced on the unit outside and showed me the problem. He appeared to be knowledgeable and efficient. The cost of a one year service plan was $198, winter/summer. This of course did not include the part that was replaced.
