Alert Disaster Restoration

Look, we had a bad water leak in our house and the insurance company was the party that contacted Alert Disaster Restoration to do the work. I had no clue who they were, but was just shocked by the professionalism, the quality of the work and the entire process. Left to my own devices, I would have hired another contractor and missed out on this. The trades people they brought in made the kitchen look better than it did before, and we had remodeled the entire space in recent years so that’s saying a lot. Kolin was our lead man on the process, and this young guy is kind, professional, organized, personable and quite knowledgeable about what needs to be done and when. Just texting him if we needed something was all that had to happen when we needed anything, so I recommend requesting him if you use this firm. Any delays in the process should be laid at the feet of the insurance company and its rotating crew of desk adjusters, but Kolin handled a lot of that and made the process easier.

We called them to clean our house because after many deaths in my family it became very hard to keep up with cleaning they told us the soft furniture and carpet needed to go to which we agreed because we were planning to replace that stuff anyway then they said we couldn't be on the on the property and when we asked to go back in to grab a gun because we forgot that it was still in the house they wouldn't let us in and said it wouldn't be touched after they finished cleaning we asked where it was the owner said she didn't know which is not an acceptable answer she didn't even say that she would try to find out and they left holes in the walls [Hearsay removed] thousands of dollars of jewelry is missing they went into cupboards and threw away dishes unopened prescriptions etc I could keep going on and on

I need a new kitchen due to the mold.  I was extremely impressed. 

If you want real quality, a reasonable timeframe, trained professionals, responsive communication, professional craftsmanship...this is not your company in our opinion.
