 + -1 moreEvery single time that I have dealt with this company, (and I have dealt with them several times) every employee with whom I have had contact has been professional, prompt, courteous, and efficient. I have nothing but the highest praise for the entire operation. This is the ONLY company I contact for any and all of my HVAC needs.
Description of Work: Employee had to troubleshoot the problem with my (10 year old) Master Cool. He quickly ascertained the problem; established that the part needed was not available; and found out approximately when he could obtain the part and install it. He returned at the appointed time, installed the part, and finished the job, all at very reasonable cost.
