We tried them out and they were fine but we didn't have the timing right.

They are a local company. They send people out fast and answer the phone when I leave a message. They get back to me but are a little pricey. They have two girls that always come out and get the job done. If there is something I see that needs to be cleaned or if they skip something which I notice, they will go back and do it. I would use them again in the future.
