Adventure Center Powersports

Horrible....We took our bike to Abdventure Center the first time around April 12th for a basic "check-up". I needed to have tires checked, brakes checked, and the liquids checked. It was confirmed that the tires needed to be replaced, but also that the bar that holds the back tire was bent and needed to be replaced, that it was unsafe to drive. We of course consented to the work, which costed $520+ to fix. After about 2 weeks, we got the moped back and we heard noises like marbles were rolling around in the back tire and it sounded like a bubble machine. We took the bike back to the shop and they eventually called us to go down to the shop so they could show us what was wrong. It turns out, all of the bolts that they had put on had ALL fallen off!!!!! The crazy part, is when we picked it up, he wouldn't give me a warranty because he didnt because his work is good enough and he knows he does excellent work. So no need to worry. So, ALL of the new bolts came off. The shop had the moped for another two weeks, we got it back right before mothers day and it is now back in the shop. The brand new Pirelli tire he put on the moped is flat. No nail, screw, or cuts. Just no air. We told him to fix the bike, or give us our money back. He said "You're not getting your @$!#&% money back. You shouldn't have that piece of sh!$ in the road anyways!" He used this type of language a few times in the conversation. All we wanted him to do was check his own work, check the tire that he put on. Needless to say, we were LIVID!!! We are a mixed couple going to a motorcycle shop owned by an old white man. We hope its not racial bias, but the way he spoke to paying customers, what else could it be??? He wasn't doing us a favor, we paid for a service that was not rendered by his company. I had my child with me and there were other customers there!!!!!!!! And he treated us with such disrespect and the language he used in front of customers and in front of my child was irresponsible, unprofessional, and down rate disgusting.
